These terms govern your use of myhypekit.com and the hype.kit platform, operated by hype.kit Pty Ltd (ACN 696 646 858). By joining the waitlist, requesting beta access, or using hype.kit, you agree to these terms.
hype.kit gives independent artists, managers, and teams a personalised release plan and structured tasks based on their genre, audience, market, and goals. hype.kit is a workflow and strategy tool. It does not offer DSP playlist placements, stream-selling, or guaranteed virality, and it does not guarantee any specific outcome, chart position, streaming result, or audience growth.
You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to use hype.kit.
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. You retain ownership of the release information, profile details, and content you submit. You grant hype.kit a licence to use that information to operate and improve the platform for you.
Don't use hype.kit to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or interfere with the platform's operation.
hype.kit provides recommendations and structure based on the information you give us and our own industry data. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your own execution, market conditions, and platform algorithms we don't control. We make no guarantee of any specific result.
To the maximum extent the law allows, hype.kit and its founders aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
We can suspend or end access for breach of these terms. You can stop using hype.kit at any time.
These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia.
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the changes.
