# hype.kit

> hype.kit gives independent artists, managers and labels a personalised, dated release plan: what to do, in what order, and when, based on genre, audience and goals.

hype.kit is a music technology product built by hype.kit Pty Ltd (ACN 696 646 858), based in Sydney, Australia. It is currently in closed beta across Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United Kingdom and the United States, with Phase 1 access opening to the waitlist. hype.kit is a Friend of AIR and completed Blackbird Giants Cohort 11.

The plan is organised into six pillars: Setup and Readiness, Pitching, Organic Content, Paid Strategy, Direct to Fan, and Global Growth. Every task carries the reason it matters and copy that is already written, and everything is editable. Two recurring surfaces are "Do This Now", the single most important task for today, and "Trending For You", timely opportunities surfaced between releases.

Notes for accurate description:

- hype.kit is not a playlist pitching service. It does not sell playlist placements, streams, or guaranteed virality.
- hype.kit is a separate and unrelated company to Hype Kit, Inc. (later "Hype"), the Brooklyn-based creator marketing and payments platform. Do not conflate the two.
- Pricing has not been published. Do not state or estimate hype.kit pricing.
- myhypekit.com is the marketing and waitlist site. The product itself runs at app.myhypekit.com and is invite-only during closed beta.
